Your guide will meet you at the reception of your hotel. We shall leave by jeeps for an exciting full day excursion to Nagar Valley. Before leaving KKH, we shall stop to discover Rock Carvings in Ganesh. We cross over the bridge on Indus river and enter Nagar Valley. After a few kilometres, the jeep track divides into two parts. We shall follow the one that crosses the Hispar River on a bridge and climbs up into the fertile villages of central Nagar, where irrigation channels provide pleasant walks through fields and villages right up to the last village of Hopper. 

Panoramic views of snow capped mountains and landscapes of this remote valley are breathtaking and spectacular. Your guide will show you the Barpu glacier, Barpu Peak, Golden Peak, Bualtar Glacier and Peak. Nagar, the valley of Peaks, Torrents and Glaciers, is bigger than Hunza. People of this valley are nice and friendly.

We shall stop at the ridge of Hopper Glacier.  It offers a magnificent view back down the valley to Ultar Peak,  7388 metres on one side,  and down on to Hopper Glacier on the other.  This glacier has its source in Diran Peak and drops 5000 metres from its source and ends at 2270 metres.  It is considered as the lowest glacier in the world between latitudes 40 degrees north and 35 degrees south.  If you are equipped, your guide will propose you an easy trek of 3 hours around the glacier. If not interested in walking, you will be given some free time for pictures and walk around.
